Sad, not very happy
While I truly appreciate Jane’s assistance — she has been consistently helpful — I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience. I ordered replacement lenses for my Ray-Ban sunglasses nearly three months ago and was told they were coming from Italy. Although I was initially asked for a deposit, I chose to pay the full amount upfront to avoid delays. Since then, I’ve been told multiple times that the lenses would arrive “this week,” yet I’m still waiting with no clear resolution. I was offered a complimentary pair of glasses, which was a kind gesture and certainly appreciated. However, sunglasses are a personal item, and the extended delay has been very frustrating.
